So, who am I?

I'm Irshaad Haniff.

Business & People Developer | Coach | Educator | Entrepreneur

My career has taken me through business, entrepreneurship, education, coaching and mentoring — but throughout that journey, one thing has remained consistent: I have always been involved in developing people and helping them move forward.

My business journey began in South Africa, where I built extensive experience across fuel and convenience retail, franchising, multi-site operations, sales, business development and people development. I've experienced business from different sides — working within corporate environments, operating businesses, working with franchise brands and supporting people responsible for delivering results.

My journey later took me to China, where I spent almost a decade in international education. Working with children, teenagers, teachers and families gave me a different perspective on development and reinforced something I had already learned in business: people perform at their best when they have confidence, clarity, the right support and an environment that allows them to grow.

I'm also a qualified coach through The FLOW Coaching Academy, a qualified teacher and a long-standing mentor. These experiences allow me to combine practical business knowledge with coaching, education and people development rather than approaching challenges from only one perspective.
